ANNAPURNA
The primary objective of this project, which was initiated two decades ago, is to provide essential dry ration to senior citizens and impoverished widows who are struggling to meet their basic needs. Over the course of the last twenty years, the project has remained steadfast in its commitment to serving this vulnerable population, with a focus on ensuring that they have access to sustenance and nourishment that can help improve their quality of life.
TRIPTI
The innovative and compassionate project known as “Adopt-a-Parent” was launched on the 1st of April 2022, with the aim of providing daily nutritious meals to destitute senior citizens who may not have access to proper nutrition or regular meals. The project seeks to address the issue of elderly citizens living alone and facing hunger and malnutrition due to poverty, neglect, or lack of support. The project revolves around the idea of “adopting” a senior citizen, where participants commit to providing tiffin service twice a day at their doorstep. The meals are prepared keeping in mind the specific dietary needs and preferences of the senior citizens, and are delivered with care and attention by the volunteers.
Vidyarthi
The ambitious and noble project to provide nutritious snacks to the students of GYAN SHAKTI VIDYALAYA was launched on the 1st of May 2022. The primary objective of this initiative is to ensure that the students, who come from underprivileged backgrounds, have access to healthy and nutritious food that can help them maintain their physical and mental well-being while they pursue their education.
Radhey Rasoi
The noble project of providing nutritious food to daily wagers at just 5 rupees per plate was initiated by Arya Samaj Mayur Vihar Phase 1 four years ago, with the aim of addressing the issue of hunger and malnutrition among this vulnerable population. The project seeks to ensure that daily wagers have access to affordable and nutritious food, which can help improve their health and well-being.
Ek ASHA
The heartwarming project of supporting an old age home in Sec. 144, Noida began its journey on the 1st of August 2022. The core objective of this initiative is to extend a helping hand to the elderly residents of the home and ensure that they receive the care and attention they deserve in their twilight years. Currently, the old age home is home to six senior citizens who have all faced numerous challenges and struggles in their lives. Through this project, we aim to provide them with a safe and comfortable living environment, as well as access to healthcare, nutrition, and social support.
